Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard displays key payroll metrics in easy-to-read cards:

• Employees on payroll this period: Total count with breakdown of new starters, leavers, and transfers

• Total costs: Complete payroll expenses with percentage change

• Gross pay: Total gross wages with trend indicators

• Payslips: Number of payslips generated and employees without payslips

• Liabilities Payments: Amounts owed to HMRC and other entities

• Employee Net Payments: Total take-home pay for employees

• Pension Scheme Liabilities: Pension-related obligations and contributions

Drill-Down Links

Many sections include clickable links indicated by small detailed icons provide deeper insights:

How to Use Drill-Down Links:

1. Look for the small arrow icon next to numbers or section titles

2. Click on the link to open a detailed report

3. Explore the detailed data in our reporting tool

4. Use the close button to the top right of the dashboard to return to the main dashboard

What You'll Find:

• Detailed breakdowns of the summary numbers

• Individual employee records within each category

• Historical comparisons and trend data

• Exportable reports for further analysis
