What is included on the dashboard?

Main Dashboard Sections:




Employee Overview

  • Displays the total number of employees processed in the current payroll period

  • Shows workforce movement including new employees starting, employees leaving, and internal transfers

  • Tracks payslip generation status and identifies number of employees who may not have received payslips


Summary Cards

  • Total Costs: Shows your complete payroll expenses with visual indicators showing whether costs have increased or decreased compared to the previous period.

  • Gross Pay: Displays total gross pay before any deductions are applied, with percentage change indicators

  • Employee Net Payments: Shows the actual take-home pay amounts that employees will receive

  • Liabilities Payments: Displays amounts owed to external organisations like HMRC for taxes and other statutory payments

  • Pension Scheme Liabilities: Shows all pension-related contributions and obligations

  • Other Liabilities: Provides a breakdown of various employee deductions and employer obligations, including health insurance contributions, transportation allowances, union fees, maintenance payments, and other miscellaneous deductions that may appear on your payslips
