How do I know errors are in the submitted return?
You will be notified of any errors under the Download section of the Employer's Portal within the Teachers' Pensions website.
It is best practise to fill in as much information within Cintra iQ so that the occurrence of errors are minimal. Prior to sending the file, review and address any errors in the Data Issues tab of the Teachers Pension - Monthly Contributions Reconciliation window within Cintra iQ. The data file must be sent every month to Teachers' Pensions no matter if your payrolls are weekly or monthly.
