MCR: How do I edit role identifiers for individual employees?

You can edit a Role Identifier for an Individual Employee.
 

To edit role identifiers

  1. Navigate to the Teachers Pension-Monthly Contribution Reconciliation window. 
    Go to Cintra iQ: Payroll> Payroll Tools> Payroll Reports> Teachers Pension-Monthly Contribution Reconciliation.
  2. If there are no Role Ids, in the Employee Role Id tab, click the Generate Role Id button. A list of employee Role Id records appear.
  3. Open the desired employee record. The MCR Maintain Role Id form appears.
  4. Update the Role Id field.
  5. Click the OK button to save and exit to the Teachers Pension - Monthly Contributions Reconciliation window.
  6. Click the Save button to save the change to the database.
