The  Using Posts to Pay Employees check list  shows you how to takes values from the Spine PointsGradesJob and Post forms within Cintra iQ, which allows you to give a employee a post and salary at one time. This check list links the categories together so that you can keep track of tasks needed in order to pay the employee via Posts.
 

To pay via posts

  1. Set up Spine Points.
  2. Set up Grade with a Pay Spine attached.
  3. Generate a Job with Working Time included.
  4. Combine the Spine Points, Grades and Jobs to create a Post.
  5. Apply the Post to the employee.
  6. Assign the Spine Point to the Post to pay employees.
  7. Assign a Work Pattern to the Post.
  8. Calculate the employee's pay slip.
  9. Check payments are correct.
