Within Capture Expense, you can export a template which contains the VAT record data, for reporting purposes. You can also use the exported headers as the template for importing new information.
To export vat record data
- Navigate to the Vat Records page.
Go to Setup> Overview> VAT Records or Setup> Vat - Select Export from the Actions menu.
Export instructions appear. - Follow the instructions.
- Perform either of the following:
- Deselect the Include data... option. The template will only contain the column headers. This is useful if you wish to import new VAT record data into Capture Expense.
- Select the Include data... option. The VAT records' data is exported.
- Click the Download button. The template is downloaded to your local drive.
