You can email a receipt to Capture Expense and it will be automatically scanned and a draft expense created.
To email your receipt
- Log in to the email address you use for your Capture Expense account.
- Create a new message.
- Send your receipt to [email protected].
Note: Your receipt may take a moment to appear.
4. Once received Capture Expense will automatically create a Draft Expense pre-populating data read from the receipt, e.g. date and merchant, for you to review prior to submitting.
NOTE: Company Credit Card Holder
If you are a company credit card holder the receipt will either:
- Go into your Receipts folder or
- Automatically attach to the relevant credit card transaction in your Expenses Draft folder
