How do I feed transactions to the user's account?

You can feed credit card transactions to your users' accounts by setting up their credit card details.

  1. Sign in to Capture Expense. Your dashboard appears.
  2. Navigate to the People list. 
    Go to Setup> People.
  3. Select the relevant user. 
  4. Click the Card button.

    The Add Card pane appears.

  5. Enter a Reference.
  6. Enter the last 6 digits of the Account/Card Number.
  7. Click the Save button.
