Important:
The Cintra support team are unable to update/change/reset employee phone numbers. To do so, please contact your HR/Payroll department.
To update your mobile
You have the ability to change your mobile number easily. Just follow these steps.
- Sign in to Cintra Cloud - Employee Hub.
- From your User settings drop-down, select Change Phone Number.
- This takes you to the Change Phone Number form.
- Enter your new mobile number.
- Don't forget to save your changes! The mobile number in your user account updated.
