Important:
The Cintra support team are unable to update/change/reset employee passwords. To do so, please contact your HR/Payroll department.
Within Employee Hub you have the ability to change your password easily. Just follow these steps.
To change your password
- Sign in to Cintra Cloud - Employee Hub.
- From your User settings drop-down, select Change Password.
- This takes you to the Change Password form.
- Enter your existing password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password.
- Don't forget to save your changes! Your password is then changed.
