How do I create gender pay gap snapshots?

What is a gender pay gap snapshot? 

Cintra iQ enables the creation of data snapshots for chosen payrolls, collecting hourly rates and bonus data. This information is used to calculate six essential Gender Pay Gap (GPG) figures:
 
  1. Mean gender pay gap
  2. Median gender pay gap
  3. Mean bonus gender pay gap
  4. Median bonus gender pay gap
  5. Proportion of each gender receiving bonuses
  6. Distribution of each gender across quartile bands

These calculations highlight men's and women's average earnings differences.

How do I create a gender pay gap snapshot?

  1. Go to Cintra iQ: Payroll > Payroll Tools > Gender Pay Gap > Snapshot Extraction.
  2. Navigate to the Gender Pay Gap Snapshots pane.
  3. Right-click and select New. The Gender Pay - Extract window appears.
  4. Input the Date and Description for the snapshot.
  5. Select the payroll(s) you want to include.
  6. Click the Snapshot button to create the extract, which will then list the selected payroll(s) in the Payroll pane.
  7. Click Close to finish.
