Messaging within Cintra Cloud provides all the functions required for customers and Outsourced Service teams to securely communicate with each other and share payroll files. Each message sent will be automatically directed to every member of your allocated Outsource Service team. This is to ensure that your message will be attended to in a timely manner.

We are continually improving and adding new features to Cintra Cloud. Please be aware that Cintra Cloud can be updated without notice.
To access the messaging system
- Login to Cintra Cloud.
- From the navigation bar, select Messaging. The Messaging Hub appears.
To compose and send new messages

Click the New Message button, located at the top of your screen.
- From here, the "Compose a new message" form appears.
- From the dropdown box, you can select the users you intend to send the message too.
- Enter a subject, a message, and any attachments that are needed.
- Click the Send button. Once a message is sent, you are returned to the Messaging Hub where you can view its history. The Messaging Hub also displays any messages received from Outsource Services.
- Sign out of Cintra Cloud when finished.
