Charts let you summarise and visualise your data, to help you monitor trends and areas of concern.
You can select from a wide variety of charts to display your data, such as pie charts, bar charts, or histograms. Some of these charts also let you choose how to group the data:
- Grouped: Bars/columns display each category side by side. For example, one column for each type of pay that an employee receives.
- Stacked: Bars/columns display each category stacked on top of each other, together with the contribution of each category to the total. For example, the employee's pay stacked in a single column.
- 100% Stacked: Like a stacked chart, every bar/columns fills to the same level (100%), showing the proportion of each category within the group. For example, each employee's pay stacked to the same level, showing the proportion of each type of pay to their overall pay.
