How do I run a report pack?

  1. Navigate to the Report Packs window.
    Go to Cintra iQ: Payroll> Payroll Tools> Payroll Report Packs
  2. Select the desired Report Pack definition.
  3. Click the Run button. The Report Pack-Select Payroll and Pay Period form appears.
  4. Select the desired Payroll.
  5. Select the desired Pay Period.
  6. Select the Publish checkbox if you would like to publish the reports to Cintra Cloud.
  7. Click the Run button. The Report Pack is produced for the desired output.

      Note:

    If a specific user is restricted from viewing one or more reports in a report pack, a message appears stating that they are unable to see the report pack at all. You can also hide individual Payroll Reports from the Payroll Reports menu via System Administration Menu Security Menu Security Definition. This is useful if you wish to hide a payroll report from all users.
