To import multiple payments into Cintra Cloud, you can use the bulk import feature. To get started, you need to fill out the bulk import spreadsheet. Here are some helpful tips to guide you through the process.

Bulk import template guidance

Completing the template

  1. Each payment/deduction you would like to input needs to be on a new row.
  2. Where an employee has post related payments, and they have multiple active posts. You will need to specify the post you would like to attribute the payment/deduction to in the template.
  3. Where an employee has one active post, you can leave the post column blank. Cintra Cloud will automatically identify the active post and attribute the post related payment accordingly.

Formatting

It is important that the template heading names are not changed, changing heading names could lead to the template being rejected. However, you can rearrange the columns should this make it easier for you to complete.

Mandatory Columns

The range of mandatory columns changes depending how your payroll has been setup, and the type of payment being input.

For these headings you will need to complete at least the following set of headings:

  • Employee ID
  • Header (payment/deduction)
  • Units

Rates not held against employee or post

For these headings you will need to complete at least the following set of headings:
